Dessert

Here is a picture of the mostly eaten cake since we didn't get one before cutting. I just had a slice for breakfast!

We typically get our recipes from my favorite cooking site - allrecipes.com. That's where the bruschetta and cake recipes came from. The chicken florentine recipe is from Giada De Laurentiis at foodnetwork.com. It was definitely a more creamy sauce than I had in mind. I think next time I would replace half of the cream with chicken stock and add some more seasoning.
