Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures of this absolutely fantastic meal! It was all made by Erik, with the exception of me (Marnie) filling the creme puffs with the chocolate. It was a great meal, a great night, and I'm looking forward to 12 more in the next year!
ReplyDeleteThe whole meal was great, but I have to rave about the beef wellington. I wanted more for breakfast the next morning and I couldn't get it out of my head. It was right up there with some of the best gourmet dishes I've had and I think Tom Colicchio would approve. I can't wait for Erik to make it for me again!
